This is my second rifle from PA. Like my Winchester 500, the Comet has a cool all-black look with a synthetic stock. Otherwise, this is the best value I have discovered! For only $20 more than the 500, this is much more rifle for just over $100. The Comet is a great econo cannon .22 for pest control.
Not that I've shot one mind you, but the BSA name has gone a bit down hill since it was bought out. Nothing wrong with second hand if you can find one locally to have a look at.
